As operator of the Ivy Mansion at Dupont Circle, it is my joy to welcome business and touring travelers to "Gracious Living" – 3 over-sized guest suites with private baths, 1 spacious apartment; flowering patios and decks; contemporary parlors with inviting fireplaces and game area; complimentary wi-fi and full-service business center – all at "Gentle Pricing," which routinely is at least 30% less than nearby hotels in Dupont Circle, Dc's most well-known neighborhood.
I love my adopted city and am eager to engage with my guests and offer itinerary suggestions. At the same time, I know how to give space to and simply be on hand for those guests who wish to focus on business or personal reflection. For me, it's all about helping my guests create a memorable Washington, DC experience!

Q: What are the monthly rates for extended stays?
A: Six Months or Longer:
The Annie Bell: $1735; The Ella Jo: $1865; The Joyice Ann: $1650 per sleeping area; and The Garden Apartment: $3000
One to six months:
The Anie Bell: $2100; The Ella Jo: $2500; The Joyice Ann: $1850 per sleeping area; and The Garden Apartment: $3500
Rates are for double occupancy. All utilities, wifi, bi-weekly cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen, linens are included--just bring your suitcase!
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: We certainly would miss your visit to us, but we do realize your plans may change. We have a very limited number of rooms to offer visitors, which makes every reservation a significant commitment from us to provide the specific room you have requested. For this reason, all reservations are non-refundable. We understand this policy is more strict than a typical hotel and strongly recommend considering trip insurance to protect your investment should unexpected circumstances arise. One of the leaders in the industry is TravelGuard Insurance by AIG.
Q: Is there a minimum night stay requirement?
A: Generally we require a 2-night stay for all suite reservations; 3 nights for the garden apartment . If you require a single night reservation, please contact us. We will accommodate 1-night stays whenever possible.
Q: Do you offer discounts to neighbors?
A: Howdy, Neighbor! So many of our neighbors have limited space to accommodate guests. If you live within a quarter-mile of the Ivy Mansion B&B, we'll give you a 10% discount!
